	Context
	Every year, CIBC organizes a one-week event to reward its best employees. In association with Toronto-based Whirl Agency, Cirque Fantastic Concept (CFC) was chosen to produce the shows for the convention's opening ceremony and closing gala event.

	Client's objectives
	Quite simply, to offer to the 500 employees and their spouses a fantastic and spectacular week in the heart of the Caribbean, in order to thank them for the great work accomplished throughout the year.

	Description of the event and CFC solutions
	Opening ceremony To welcome the 1,000 guests, Whirl Agency and Cirque Fantastic Concept had put together an entertaining opening ceremony in a hall that opened up onto one of Rio Grande's most beautiful beaches. Following welcome messages, various colourful circus perfomances kept the guests spellbound all evening. Closing gala event After spending a week indulging in all sorts of activities, the CIBC employees and their spouses were assembled one last time at a closing gala event. Thanks to the great work of Whirl Agency, a video of the week's best moments was projected on giant screens. This was followed by a breathtaking revolving Chinese pole duo number as well as a romantic aerial curtain duo number, which closed the event. The guests were delighted with their week-long trip and they even told us they couldn't wait to see us again the following year, at their next seminar!
